South Oxford Community Centre,
ARTWEEKS Event
This Artweeks music event in South Oxford rounded off an exhibition of Oxford artist, Martin Beek. He exhibited a collection of art based on The Ridgeway, Britain’s oldest trackway, which runs from Wiltshire through Oxfordshire to East Anglia. Following this, local musicians of various stripes performed in the space, surrounded by the colourful landscapes. A memorable evening, compared by Max Reinhardt (presenter of Radio 3’s Late Junction).

ST LUKES CHURCH, OXFORD, VICAR’S LEAVING PARTY
I joined St Lukes Church, Oxford as an Ordinand on Placement in Autumn ’22 and got involved with the music group. This involved learning some of their wonderful home-grown songs, and supporting sung worship on a Sunday. This is us playing a leaving party for the Vicar in December ’22. It was a memorable event, with speeches, sparklers, fireworks, rhythm and blues and much involvement from the local community.
